Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies, source and screen candidates, and enhance the overall talent acquisition process in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with managers to define job specifications and create custom talent acquisition strategies
- Source and screen candidates to build a diverse talent pipeline for critical roles
- Support the development and implementation of the organization's talent acquisition strategy and related HR policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies and applicable HR laws and regulations
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience collaborating with HR and business leadership roles
