Job Summary

Partnering with designated client groups, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver strategic recruitment support, manage a diverse portfolio of open positions, and provide guidance on market trends and talent acquisition best practices in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates while ensuring an inclusive recruitment process
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and manage complex offer negotiations
• Apply Lean principles to optimize recruitment processes and track key performance metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
• 5+ years of extensive recruitment experience, particularly in sourcing and stakeholder advisory roles
• Expertise in recruiting for Software Development and Engineering roles
• 2 years of experience in recruitment within Gas Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy sectors
• Proficiency with TA tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI bots
