Job Summary

To support a growing global organization, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full cycle recruitment for various roles, partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, and enhance employee experiences through People Operations initiatives, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles across global markets
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Support core People Operations initiatives, including onboarding and employee lifecycle activities

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably within a global or remote organization
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles
• Experience supporting HR Operations or People Operations
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
