Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Summary
To support a growing global organization, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the recruitment process for various roles, partner with hiring managers to develop strategies, and enhance employee experiences through effective onboarding and People Operations initiatives in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles across global markets
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support employee lifecycle initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably within a global or remote organization
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and identify trends
