Job Summary

Leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and support People Operations initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for various roles across global markets, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Source and assess high-quality talent through proactive engagement and structured interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and support employee lifecycle activities to enhance the overall employee experience

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a global or remote setting
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR platforms
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and identify trends
