Job Summary

To support the recruitment efforts of a diversified real estate services company, the part-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with business leaders to attract, source, and recommend top talent for complex roles, while managing the candidate lifecycle and driving talent acquisition processes remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Attract, source, and screen candidates for various roles, focusing on sales, IT, and management positions
• Manage the candidate lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Consult with hiring managers to facilitate effective hiring decisions and improve talent acquisition workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in direct recruitment
• Experience recruiting for multiple levels and disciplines in a matrixed environment
• Proven success in recruiting for complex roles, particularly in Sales and Technology
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulatory requirements
• Strong project management skills with experience in process implementation or re-engineering
