Job Summary
Managing full-cycle recruiting for both US GTM and technical roles in AI security, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, utilize AI tools for efficiency, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting processes for mixed roles, focusing on both GTM and technical positions
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to understand the needs of technical buyers and partner ecosystems
- Conduct interviews and debriefs that lead to effective hiring decisions and maintain pipeline data for transparency
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM and technical roles
- Experience recruiting in a security or enterprise B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Familiarity with AI tools in the recruiting workflow
- Experience managing multiple open roles across different functions simultaneously
