Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

To support the North America Commercial Sales business, the full-time remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates while building strong relationships with hiring managers and enhancing the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and assess talent to build applicant pools and reduce time to fill positions
• Administer the interviewing and onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires
• Create offer letters and maintain the applicant tracking system and recruiting reports

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology preferred
• 5+ years of experience in full life cycle Talent Acquisition in a corporate or professional search firm
• Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems preferred
• HR relevant certifications such as PHR/SPHR or Diversity and Inclusion certifications preferred
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
