Key responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting guidance
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Lead sourcing initiatives to engage top-tier candidates across various technical disciplines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, particularly in Engineering within a technology organization
- Proven ability to build strong technical teams and influence hiring decisions using data and market insights
- Strong sourcing skills and experience in developing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Experience mentoring teammates and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong awareness of market trends and the broader talent landscape within technology
