Job Summary

To deliver strategic recruitment support for Engineering roles in the U.S. and Canada, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage a diverse portfolio of open positions, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and advising stakeholders on recruitment strategies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates, ensuring an inclusive recruitment process
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and manage complex offer negotiations
• Apply Lean principles to optimize recruitment processes and track key performance metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing complex offers
• 2+ years of consultative recruitment experience in the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries
• 2+ years of experience sourcing talent for niche engineering roles such as Mechanical Systems and Systems Integration
• Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring strategies
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and compensation benchmarks
