Job Summary

To enhance the Talent Acquisition team, the part-time Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner - Temporary Worker will focus on identifying top-tier talent for active roles, managing the initial stages of the hiring process, and building candidate pipelines remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage top-of-funnel candidate activity for current roles and develop pipelines for future openings
• Source passive candidates through various channels and conduct first-round screening calls
• Collaborate with TA Specialists and Hiring Managers to define candidate personas and streamline the interview process

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in sourcing and/or full-lifecycle recruiting
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, preferably LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills to track candidates across multiple roles
• Comfort in interacting with senior-level executives and handling confidential information
