Job Summary

Managing end-to-end recruitment for complex roles within Enabling Functions in Central Europe, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with hiring managers and HR to attract, assess, and hire top talent while utilizing data to enhance hiring outcomes and candidate experience in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned roles across Central Europe, focusing on complex and hard-to-fill positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on talent market trends and best practices
• Apply continuous improvement strategies to enhance recruitment processes and stakeholder experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition with expertise in end-to-end hiring for complex roles
• Strong capability in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Experience advising hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
