Job Summary

Managing end-to-end recruitment for complex roles, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will independently handle hiring across the Global Supply Chain function in Central Europe, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and providing strategic advisory to stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for Global Supply Chain roles, focusing on complex and hard-to-fill positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on talent market trends and best practices
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition with expertise in end-to-end hiring for complex roles
• Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement capabilities
• Fluency in English, Polish, and German, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to use recruitment data and metrics to support decision-making and improve outcomes
