Job Summary
Serving as a strategic talent advisor, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical positions while working remotely, ensuring exceptional hiring outcomes and candidate experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure compliance with best practices
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and analyze recruiting data to improve hiring effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 6+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in supporting professional and technical talent segments
- Professional recruiting certification preferred (AIRS, SHRM, HCI, etc.)
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies
