Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles across multiple functions and geographic locations, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of concurrent requisitions across different functions and seniority levels
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement with candidates

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in English and experience working in a global, remote environment
• Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions across various functions and regions
• Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruitment practices
