Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with proposal leads and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies for federal contract proposals
  • Manage end-to-end proposal staffing process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Provide guidance to recruiters on candidate selection for proposal roles and monitor recruitment progress

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting recruitment for an organization active in US government contracting
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to pass a background check
