Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and ideal candidate profiles
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill roles
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth start-up or tech environments
  • Experience recruiting across multiple teams and levels, including technology and operations
  • Ability to quickly develop relationships with hiring managers and guide hiring decisions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work proactively and independently
  • Experience with recruiting platforms such as Lever ATS is a plus
