Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, focusing on sourcing and assessing candidates
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool
• Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to hiring managers and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• Experience with recruitment technology (ATS, CRM) and sourcing methods
• Knowledge of human resources, including legal and regulatory compliance
• Technical background in IT or engineering is preferred
