Job Summary
To support diverse hiring needs, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering, and R&D roles while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting across multiple locations for various roles, including Operations, Engineering, and R&D
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and set expectations based on market conditions
- Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, building talent pipelines for high-volume and technical roles
Required qualifications
- Prior corporate recruiting experience in high-volume or technical environments
- Strong sourcing capabilities with a solid understanding of ATS platforms, preferably Workday
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industry is a plus
- Proven ability to partner with and influence hiring managers effectively
