Job Summary

Proactively managing full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering, and R&D roles, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter will engage with hiring managers and leverage various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting across multiple locations for various roles, including Operations, Engineering, and R&D
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and set expectations based on market conditions
• Source and engage passive candidates through diverse channels, while maintaining talent pipelines for future workforce needs

Required qualifications

• Prior corporate recruiting experience in high-volume or technical environments
• Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Workday
• Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industry is a plus
• Ability to navigate complex business demands and anticipate hiring constraints
• Proven consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers effectively
