Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition who will focus on recruiting experienced talent in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions and facilitate the interview process
  • Conduct passive candidate recruitment and maintain key client relationships to provide strategic hiring advice
Required Qualifications
  • Three (3)+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, preferably with in-house and agency experience
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related discipline is desirable
  • Prior experience in the financial services or professional services sectors is preferred
  • Significant experience in U.S. recruitment, with expertise in identifying and sourcing candidates
  • Familiarity with ATS software, preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud
