Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will lead full lifecycle recruitment efforts across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Consult with hiring managers and HR partners, providing data insights and creative solutions for talent acquisition
  • Screen candidates, negotiate offers, and ensure adherence to Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience across various roles
  • Experience in managing full recruitment lifecycle for complex and critical roles
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Understanding of how business strategy impacts staffing needs
