Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who will oversee the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to extending offers
  • Source candidates through various methods and build relationships with stakeholders and recruitment agencies
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition
  • Broad knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems such as JazzHR
  • Background in hiring technical roles for Software Development
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
