Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full talent acquisition process, ensuring equitable and inclusive hiring practices
- Support organizational development efforts and manage professional development programs
- Develop and implement recruitment and organizational development processes to achieve key outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in multi-state recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience in nonprofit, K-12 education, or technical environments
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred
