Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition and Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full talent acquisition process, ensuring equitable and inclusive hiring practices
  • Support organizational development efforts and manage professional development programs
  • Develop and implement recruitment and organizational development processes to achieve key outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in multi-state recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience in nonprofit, K-12 education, or technical environments
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred
