Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sourcing and engaging applicants through various channels to build talent pipelines
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and advise on strategies to maximize talent pools
  • Oversee the full recruiting life cycle, including candidate correspondence, screening, interviews, and evaluations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, with additional education substituting for experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with applicant tracking systems and full recruiting lifecycle management
  • At least 2 years of experience sourcing passive candidates
  • At least 2 years of experience recruiting in the Government Contracting Industry
