Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its recruiting efforts during a phase of hypergrowth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles and develop position descriptions and scorecards
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive strong candidate pipelines
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining accurate pipeline data in the ATS
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology company
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Marketing)
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills in a hypergrowth environment
  • In-depth experience handling candidate inquiries related to compensation and benefits
