Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles and selected Technical roles
  • Build partnerships with hiring managers and guide them through hiring processes
  • Conduct candidate screenings and manage interview coordination with attention to detail
Required Qualifications
  • Proven senior recruitment experience in SaaS, particularly in GTM functions
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates
  • Exceptional attention to detail in scheduling, communication, and documentation
  • Experience with ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse, and high data accuracy standards
  • Ability to operate in a scaling, evolving environment with resilience and adaptability
