Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full lifecycle recruiting and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting for sales and marketing roles across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Develop sourcing strategies and nurture relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ensure adherence to employment and labor laws while managing the candidate lifecycle in the Applicant Tracking System
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in high tech (software) environments
  • Experience sourcing and placing talent across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific
  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
