Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in using job boards, social media platforms, and candidate tracking systems
  • Experience in an OFCCP compliant environment and supporting end-to-end recruiting processes
  • Experience in building recruiting plans and supporting ship repair, ship building, and skilled trades
  • Notable experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives
