Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring teams and business leaders
• Identify and contact passive candidates while utilizing ATS and CRM systems
• Promote the employer brand and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience
• Proficient in using job boards, social media platforms, and candidate tracking systems
• Experience in an OFCCP compliant environment and supporting end-to-end recruiting processes
• Experience in building recruiting plans and supporting ship repair, ship building, and skilled trades
• Notable experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives
