Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience
- Proficient in using job boards, social media platforms, and candidate tracking systems
- Experience in an OFCCP compliant environment and supporting end-to-end recruiting processes
- Experience in building recruiting plans and supporting ship repair, ship building, and skilled trades
- Notable experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives
