Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for federal, cleared, and non-cleared roles
• Utilize Workday as the primary applicant tracking system for managing requisitions and candidate workflows
• Source and screen candidates with active or eligible U.S. Government security clearances

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of full-life cycle recruitment in IT/federal programs
• Hands-on experience using Workday ATS for requisition management
• Experience recruiting for defense, intelligence, or federal civilian programs
• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
