Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in complex environments
  • Experience recruiting for DoD-related roles, specifically Contract Administrators and Subcontract Administrators
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
