Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in complex environments
- Experience recruiting for DoD-related roles, specifically Contract Administrators and Subcontract Administrators
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
