Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment lifecycle for professional and management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and management positions, collaborating with hiring managers to define staffing needs
• Source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes
• Maintain compliance with hiring laws and policies while fostering relationships with stakeholders to achieve staffing goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruitment experience for professional and management-level exempt positions
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ATS and internet recruiting tools
• Valid driver's license and residence within 50 miles of a client facility in the Columbus, OH area
