Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs and manage the full life-cycle recruiting process
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, administer assessments, and deliver employment offers for various positions
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Five years of corporate experience in recruitment and placement of professional and management level positions
- Three years of experience with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources
- Valid driver's license
- Business acumen
