Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs and manage the full life-cycle recruiting process
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, administer assessments, and deliver employment offers for various positions
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Five years of corporate experience in recruitment and placement of professional and management level positions
  • Three years of experience with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources
  • Valid driver's license
  • Business acumen
