Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for field/craft non-exempt roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and screen candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process, including assessments, interviews, and employment offers
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of five years of corporate talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting for union roles is strongly preferred
  • At least three years of experience with electronic applicant tracking systems required
  • Valid driver's license
