Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for field/craft non-exempt roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and screen candidates
- Manage the recruitment process, including assessments, interviews, and employment offers
- Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of corporate talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting for union roles is strongly preferred
- At least three years of experience with electronic applicant tracking systems required
- Valid driver's license
