Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs and manage the full life-cycle recruiting process
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, administer assessments, and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt positions
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations, manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system, and suggest process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of five years of corporate talent acquisition experience, particularly in field and craft non-exempt roles
  • Experience recruiting for union roles is strongly preferred
  • At least three years of experience with electronic applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
  • Valid driver's license
