- Lead and execute Talent Acquisition-related projects, including M&A initiatives and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
- Proven experience managing agency/vendor relationships and 1099 procurement
- Experience with Talent Acquisition Metrics
- Strong project management skills with exposure to M&A integration work
