Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
  • Proven experience managing agency/vendor relationships and 1099 procurement
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition Metrics
  • Strong project management skills with exposure to M&A integration work
