Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically source passive top talent for various corporate roles
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude for requisitions
  • Manage the recruitment process and compensation discussions effectively


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a successful recruiter in-house or at a staffing agency
  • Experience sourcing for GTM and/or highly technical positions in a high-tech company
  • Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing sites
  • Ability to manage compensation conversations and analysis effectively
  • Education: BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business, or related field
