Key Responsibilities
- Strategically source passive top talent for various corporate roles
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude for requisitions
- Manage the recruitment process and compensation discussions effectively
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a successful recruiter in-house or at a staffing agency
- Experience sourcing for GTM and/or highly technical positions in a high-tech company
- Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing sites
- Ability to manage compensation conversations and analysis effectively
- Education: BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business, or related field
