Job Summary

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will work full-time on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Sydney, is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, focusing on functional expertise
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through multiple channels
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies and improve processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in the technology sector
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive decision-making
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
