Job Summary
Supporting a wide range of corporate and operations functions, the full-time remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire talent, particularly for technical and IT-related roles.
Key responsibilities
- Recruits and maintains a qualified pool of applicants for key positions in compliance with regulations
- Utilizes modern recruiting technologies and channels to source and manage candidates through pipelines
- Partners with hiring managers to enhance candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, and sourcing
- Knowledge of employment law and its application in recruitment
- Valid Driver's License
