Job Summary

To support the growth of data center operations, the full-time remote Senior Talent Acquisition Associate will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring specialized talent in the data center sector, particularly commissioning engineers and managers, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and shortlist senior candidates for data center and critical infrastructure roles across EMEA
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
• Conduct detailed candidate screenings and initial interviews, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Resourcing within EMEA
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for data center, commissioning, or engineering roles
• Strong hands-on sourcing capability and experience engaging passive candidates
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
