Job Summary

To enhance the Talent Acquisition team, the fully remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full cycle recruiting for specialized Architecture / Buildings talent, ensuring a high-quality experience for hiring managers and candidates while executing customized recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting to identify and secure top talent in Architecture / Buildings
• Deliver exceptional service by facilitating sourcing, interview, selection, and onboarding processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals
• 5+ years of experience recruiting for specialized Architecture projects
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with global recruiting dynamics and employment legislation
• Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Geospatial (AEG) industry is desired
