Job Summary
To enhance the Talent Acquisition team, the fully remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full cycle recruiting for specialized Architecture / Buildings talent, ensuring a high-quality experience for hiring managers and candidates while executing customized recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting to identify and secure top talent in Architecture / Buildings
- Deliver exceptional service by facilitating sourcing, interview, selection, and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for specialized Architecture projects
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with global recruiting dynamics and employment legislation
- Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Geospatial (AEG) industry is desired
