Job Summary
To support a growing software development firm, the remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle of recruitment for GTM roles across the US, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while working EST hours on a 6-12 month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for US GTM functions, from intake to offer
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the SaaS ecosystem
- Collaborate with leadership and the People Team to align hiring plans with business goals
Required qualifications
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS or tech company
- Proven track record in understanding multiple talent markets, ideally with international hiring experience
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide recruitment strategies
