Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, the successful candidate will manage full cycle recruiting for Infrastructure roles, ensuring a high-quality experience for hiring managers and candidates while executing customized recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle recruiting to identify and secure top Infrastructure talent
  • Facilitate sourcing, interview, selection, and onboarding processes for hiring managers and candidates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals, with 5+ years focused on Infrastructure roles
  • Experience in technical sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and trends
  • Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Geospatial (AEG) industry is desired
