Job Summary

To support Imagen's ambitious growth goals, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive high-impact hiring across the organization, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles, from executive leadership to AI/ML engineering, in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of critical roles
• Foster consultative partnerships with hiring managers, providing guidance on talent strategies and hiring processes
• Deliver a high-caliber candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and efficient decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
• 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of managing mid to senior-level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
• Exceptional partnership skills with stakeholders at all levels, emphasizing accountability and high standards
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal guidance
