Job Summary

Focusing on full-cycle recruiting and supporting broader HR operations, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the hiring process for technical roles while contributing to employee onboarding and engagement initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing for various roles across the company
  • Partner with hiring managers to create scorecards and structured interview processes
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes while assisting with HR compliance and documentation
Required qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record in fast-paced environments
  • Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth tech company, preferably in the SaaS sector
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build recruitment pipelines from scratch
  • Some exposure to HR generalist work or a keen interest in people operations
  • Autonomous self-starter with a collaborative working style and a desire to grow within the people function
