Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition team, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, develop sourcing strategies, and provide consulting to internal stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing and screening strategies in partnership with stakeholders
• Utilize metrics to evaluate and adjust recruitment strategies based on effectiveness
• Conduct full life-cycle recruitment activities and advise on candidate selection and onboarding processes
