Job Summary

To support a client in the Medical Devices industry, the remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and medical device sales positions, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for various positions
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and provide market insights
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of recruitment experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience supporting Medical Device Sales positions
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting
  • Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
