Job Summary
Supporting hiring across commercial and GTM functions, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, build sourcing pipelines, and conduct candidate assessments in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles under the guidance of senior recruiters and TA leadership
- Build and manage sourcing pipelines for quota-carrying roles using various recruitment tools
- Conduct initial candidate screens and deliver structured assessments to hiring managers
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to Sales or GTM hiring
- Solid sourcing skills with hands-on experience engaging passive candidates
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong ATS hygiene and process discipline
- Clear communicator who can represent the company well with candidates and hiring managers
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple open reqs simultaneously
