Job Summary

To support a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across the Americas, leveraging sourcing expertise and strategic partnerships with commercial and technical leaders, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including Business Development Managers, engineers, and entry-level laboratory positions
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter, to build and maintain talent pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent acquisition solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Expert-level sourcing capability with demonstrated mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and direct-sourcing techniques
• Proven ability to recruit across diverse role types simultaneously
• Strong consultative and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
