To attract and hire top talent across North America, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full cycle recruitment, build partnerships with hiring managers, and contribute to People Operations during peak periods, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple functions, collaborating with hiring managers to identify role needs
• Source, attract, and screen candidates to build high-quality talent pipelines
• Support employer branding efforts and collaborate with People Operations during special projects

Required qualifications

• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Generalist with the ability to recruit across various role types
• Solid understanding of market salary data and compensation dynamics
• Strong adaptability to support People Operations or People Experience as needed
